Leaving Williamsburg late on a Wednesday night, I'm dismayed at having just missed a G train back to Park Slope, only to be entertained by this banjo-wielding busker. He plays quirky versions of "All Along the Watchtower" and "Princess Blues" before torching Michel Legrand's 1968 "The Windmills of Your Mind," from The Thomas Crown Affair. "That is by far the sickest song ever to win the Academy Award," he shouts to noone in particular. Far be it from me to disagree.
