As if I needed another reason to love my nabe: I was walking along 12th Street yesterday when I was stopped in my tracks by the sound of a piano playing incredibly difficult figures. I looked up, and saw Margaret Leng Tan - one of the world's greatest contemporary pianists - playing a baby grand in her brownstone window (above). Later, I was talking to someone at the Open Source show, who told me that Simone Dinnerstein lives across the street, and was practicing earlier that afternoon. I'd be curious to know what she thought of I'm In You.
