It isn't all flamenco here in Granada: the cathedral, a soaring 17th century structure right in the city center, has a massive baroque organ towering over both sides of the nave. Behind the console, a woman in her 30's with her blond hair in a bob plays Bach. I would hope that she's Spanish, but doesn't immediately look the part.
